Getting to Los Algodones
Los Algodones (known as "Molar City") is located in Baja California, Mexico, just 8 miles west of Yuma, Arizona. It is one of the most accessible dental tourism destinations in the world.
From Yuma, AZ: Drive west on I-8 to Exit 166 (Algodones Rd), then south to the border crossing. 15–20 minutes.
From Phoenix, AZ: 3 hours via I-8 West. Many patients combine their dental visit with a day trip.
From San Diego, CA: 2.5 hours via I-8 East. A popular day-trip destination for Southern California patients.
Parking: Park on the US side (free or paid lots available) and walk across the border. No vehicle required in Mexico.
